TouchRetouch: 100 Photo Apps, Day 61
What I like: This app is marvelous in how it combines both easy-to-use tools for marking images for retouching (the lasso tool, for instance), with more sophisticated retouching tools and options for resolution, brush color, and other settings. It’s definitely a handy way to create special effects and retouch images.
